Low frequency emf can be use to stimulate nerve cell,resulting in muscle stimulation and the stimulation of pain receptors. This is done via heating up the tissue cells causing neurones to activate. From this article the only adverse effects in which emf can resulting in is headaches, anxiety and suicide. Effects in which many target individuals experience. My second article states that low frequency microwave/radiofrequency can cause activation of calcium receptors. Which can lead to neuropsychiatric, such as psychosis. Psychosis is an symptoms of schizophrenia which results in an individual to have a periods in which their senses perceive things which are out of the norm. Therefore individual going through this are diagnosis and labelled incorrectly. The third articles states the microwave radiation can negatively effects the memory, by causing changes the hippocampus structures, resulting in neurones to behave differently. This can also effect the behaviour of an individual. EEG signals can be used to detect these changes as it can cause and increase in beta frequency. The article concludes that this is due to changes in synaptic plasticity, it changes the structure of the neurone and cause damage to the mitochondria which is needed for the production of neurotransmitters, which are needed for memory function. From my own experiment, I was able to conclude that high doses of low frequency microwave/radio wave radiation can cause hyperthyroidism. This can be due to the thyroid being a sensitive gland. Real research is needed to prove this.
