They might be able to see through your visual cortex

They can cause you to do things via suggestions, which you can’t hear; or bring up old thoughts about a certain situation. They are able to see the same thing as you and do not require your phone to be hack, I think. Based on my on own experience, they were able to know the type of cars I was looking at, before I thought of it. From my previous post, apparently 10mhz allow you to see a person visual cortex and 15mhz allow you to hear their thoughts, but this is untested and unknown. However, this would explain how they know exactly where you and know if a person is present, so they can do a bit and trick you into believing someone is talking about you.I don’t believe microchips are being used as you would be able to feel them at least, or remember the pain. I find it understandable that people would believe this as it is hard for brainwaves to be picked up by machines and an amplifier is needed for this to happen. My aim is to find solid evidence that proves what is happening, not rumours without out scientific basis. I am also looking into jammers to see of they have a better effects compared to shielding materials. If anyone has a website which teaches you how to make them, please leave a comment.
