Shielding Hats Ineffective

The use of shielding hats or shielding materials with hats, does not work. I used a shielding materials with a hat and it produced no positive results, my preps where still able to induce memory loss. This means that to truly protect yourself from the radiation released from prep is to make a faraday cage, as stated in my earlier post. Next I will be testing a jammer, to see if its effective. I am aware that using this, there is still a way the preps can malfunction my jammer. However, through this method I could identify the frequency used by my preps.
